For Jessica: How to Send Questionnaires to Clients
Quick Workflow:
- Go to your Admin Portal → Questionnaires tab
- Fill out client name and email in the token form
- Click "Generate Token" and copy the questionnaire URL
- Send the URL to your client via email or text
- Monitor responses in the admin portal
What to expect:
- • 15 thoughtful questions (5 required, 10 optional)
- • Each response can be up to 250 words
- • Takes about 10-15 minutes to complete
- • You can navigate back and forth between questions
